Exact change appreciated. No credit cards please. Reservations required by noon Wednesday before the meeting. For menu choice and RSVP: Molly 520-624-0792, amw2010mm@gmail.com.
Reservations? Who me?
Now that we are meeting at El Parador, our procedures have had to change. Many of you had been to groups there and the old system was to pick a colored chip out of a basket when you got there. El Parador has changed there procedures. They now require a guaranteed head count and menu choice on the Wednesday before the meeting. Unfortunately if we tell El Parador that 25 people will be having lunch, we have to pay for 25 lunches. We are allowed a few walk-ins (about 3 more), however we can only add to the numbers of lunches. We cannot ask for fewer lunches after the reservations are made. If you make a reservation and don’t attend the meeting, AMW is obligated to pay for your lunch. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is our only option at this time.
